Did you receive an item that your not 100% happy with? If so then send the product back to us.

We ask that all returns are sent back to us in their originally condition. For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns back if the product has been opened or used.

Before you send the item back to us please send us an email at sales@nicohit.co.uk stating

We advise that you send the item back to us using Royal Mail Signed For service, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Please give 10 days for returns to be processed

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@nicohit,co.uk and send the product back to us within seven days of receiving the goods.

Once we have the item back, it shall be tested and we shall contact you in regards to the fault.

Should we find that the product has been misused then the warranty on the product will be void.

Once we have received the product back please allow 14 days. Should you wish to have an exchange, then please let us know via email.
